Who sells

The services and products on galomontacuto.com are provided and sold by JUST MG GROUP LLC (Florida, United States), through Galo Montacuto. Mailing address: 7901 4th St N #36457, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, USA.

Services and products

4D Diagnosis: a pre-session questionnaire and archetype test, a 90-minute one-on-one online session and a written report within 5 business days. US$750. If you hire the 4D Program within 30 days of the session, it is fully credited.

4D Program: 12 weeks in four phases (Discover, Define, Digitize and Delegate), with one 60-minute one-on-one session a week, four group sessions with the client's key team (one per phase) and WhatsApp replies within one business day, Monday to Friday. A session not canceled 24 hours ahead is lost. US$6,000 for teams of up to 15 people and US$8,500 for 16 to 50, in 3 monthly installments or with a 5% discount for paying upfront. By application; the final price is agreed in writing before starting. It does not include technical implementation (quoted separately if the client wants it), tool licenses, extra team sessions or evaluating people.

No service includes advertising execution, asset design or media management unless agreed in writing. Recommendations don't guarantee commercial results.

Price and payment

Prices are in US dollars and paid in advance through Stripe, unless agreed otherwise in writing. Bookings and access are confirmed once payment is complete.

If you hire the 4D Program within 30 days of your 4D Diagnosis session, the US$750 is fully credited.

4D Program founders edition

Until November 30, 2026 inclusive, 3 spots in the 4D Program are offered at US$4,000, with the same scope as the program at its regular price. After that date, or once the 3 spots are taken, the regular price applies.

In exchange for the special price, the client agrees to measure the before and after with us: at the start and at the end of the program we record together the indicators we agree on in writing.

If there is a result and the client authorizes it in writing, we may tell it as a case study. The client can ask for it to be published without their name or their company's, or not to be published at all. That choice doesn't change the price or the program's terms.

Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds

4D Diagnosis: if after reading your questionnaire I decide I can't help you, we refund the full amount before the session. Cancel more than 48 hours ahead and you get a full refund or a new date, your choice. Between 48 and 24 hours ahead, you can reschedule once at no cost. With less than 24 hours' notice, or if you don't show up, the session counts as held. Once the session is held it isn't refundable, unless you don't receive the written report within the stated time.

If we have to cancel, you choose between a new date and a full refund.

Delivery guarantee of the 4D Program: if the client did each week's tasks and at the end of the 12 weeks doesn't have the written criteria manual, we keep working at no cost until it's delivered. The guarantee covers delivery, not business results.

4D Program: beyond the delivery guarantee, the terms of the proposal accepted in writing apply.

Book and courses: digital content with immediate access, so they aren't refundable once downloaded or started, except for a technical problem we can't fix.

Deliverables and intellectual property

Deliverables made for you (the Direction Sheet, project documents and assets) are yours to use in your business once paid.

The method, templates, courses and book remain Galo Montacuto's: they're for your or your company's own use, not to be redistributed or resold.

Confidentiality

What you share in sessions, the portal and applications is treated as confidential and isn't used as a public example without your written permission.

AI Direction Sheet

The free version is generated by artificial intelligence from what you write. It's indicative, may contain errors and doesn't replace a session or professional advice.

Liability

The decisions you make based on the services are yours. To the extent the law allows, total liability for a service is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without prejudice to the rights granted to you by consumer protection rules in your country.
